How long will it take for anything to be delivered?

You will recieve a confirmation by email after placing an order with us. We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days, however during busy periods it may take up to 7 to14 working days. You will receive an email or SMS to let you know your order is on its way to you.

If you have ordered an Unknown Tommy, it will be dispatched within one week as they are made to order. You will receive a notification no less than 48 hours in advance to let you know it is arriving.

If you have not received your order within 20 days, please let us know by emailing

Can I track my delivery, and will I need to sign for it?

We are currently working with Royal Mail so that we can offer tracked deliveries. Once in place (we are aiming for 2nd week of July), you will be sent a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as it has been despatched so you can follow its journey to your address.

You will not need to sign for your order, and the Tommy box has been designed to fit though most letterboxes so you should never miss your delivery.

If you have ordered an Unknown Tommy, or Garden Tommy, this is sent using one of our preferred courier services. In this case you will be required to sign for it, to help you pre-plan that delivery you will be given 48 hours advance notice of delivery and you will be able to track its progress to your address.
