How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order with us. We aim to dispatch most items within 1-2 working days, however during busy periods this period may be increased.

Certain items, such as made to order, hand made and bespoke products may take take slightly longer to produce and dispatch; this will be noted in the description of the product. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way to you.

If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please let us know by emailing  

Can I track my delivery, and will I need to sign for it?

It is likely you will not need to sign for your order, as lots of our products have been designed to fit though a letterbox.

However, this will depend on size and larger items like our Unknown Tommies and wooden garden products will require you to sign receipt of the parcel.

Can you ship internationally?

We are not currently able to ship outside of the UK, however we are hoping to add this option to the shop in the near future. 

I don't live in mainland UK. Can I still buy from your shop?

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the UK. Your shipping costs will be calculated in your cart based on your postcode.  

Please ensure that you insert a space in your postcode so that our system will recognise it e.g. BT57 8SU

Do you offer next day delivery?

Unfortunately this isn’t something we currently offer, however we are looking into how we can expand our delivery options in the future.

I am unsure about buying online, is it possible to order by phone?

It is much quicker for our customers to place their order online, however for anyone who is unable to use the internet please call 08081 969505 

Can you send me an invoice for my purchase?

If you require an invoice for payment by BACs or cheque, please contact us at before placing your order, let us know what you wish to purchase and the delivery address, and we can arrange this for you.

Can you send me an VAT receipt for my purchase?

If you require a VAT invoice for you order please check your order confirmation email. There is a link within it where you can download a PDF copy. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us at with the email address you used to place the order and we'll sent another one out to you.

I made an order but I want to change it. What can I do?

Please get in touch immediately quoting "Return or Cancel" in the subject so that we are able to help you with this. Once orders have been shipped we will need you to return them before we can process any refund.
