Leaving a lasting legacy on our Wall of Honour
Remember a loved one or commemorate someone who served with a memorial plaque on our Wall of Honour.
The Wall of Honour stands in RBLI's historic Garden of Honour and is one of the original boundary walls of the prestigious Preston Hall estate, erected over 100 years ago. It is a place of quiet reflection to commemorate and pay tribute to those who served, a family member, friend or loved one or simply someone who has been a pillar of the community. Throughout the year, large-scale commemorative and military events are held in this garden, which is open 24/7 for anybody to visit.
Your support for the Wall of Honour will not only recognise the sacrifices made, it will allow you to pay your respects to the veterans of previous generations, all while enabling RBLI to continue to support ex-service personnel for years to come.
Plaques measure 200mm x 150mm x 12mm and are made of Corian
Each engraving can be up to 5 lines, 25 characters per line including punctuation and spaces. Please note – only one person/group can be honoured on each plaque.
Wall of Honour plaques remain in place for 10 years – with the opportunity to extend at the end of the period.
To purchase a plaque, simply add this item to your basket, complete your order and checkout. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email with a link to a form to choose your personalised wording.
When you are happy with your wording, we will send this off to the engravers for you. We will then email you a proof of the engraving to confirm with us. It should take 4-6 weeks in total for your plaque to be added to the Wall of Honour. We will contact you with a photo of your plaque when it has been added.
